Residential gambling addiction treatment in Arizona
Planned inpatient care built only for gambling disorder. Once we open, you will be able to step away from the apps and the pressure, and spend every day focused on recovery with clinicians who specialize in gambling.
What residential treatment is
Residential treatment, sometimes called inpatient gambling rehab, will mean living at our Arizona program full time while you complete a structured treatment plan. It will be the most intensive level of care we offer, designed for people whose gambling has become hard to control in their normal environment.
Most general rehabs treat gambling as a side issue next to alcohol and drugs. Outpost Recovery is focused on gambling disorder only. Every group, every session and every counselor in our planned programs will be focused on gambling, including sports betting, online casinos and prediction markets like Kalshi and Polymarket.
Who residential care is for
- People who have tried to cut back or quit and could not stay stopped
- People whose gambling has caused serious debt, job problems or relationship damage
- People who bet on their phone throughout the day and night and need distance from that access
- People dealing with depression, anxiety or other conditions alongside gambling
Once we open, the decision will be made by our clinical team after a full assessment. If outpatient care is a better fit, we will tell you.
What a typical day will include
- Individual therapy with a licensed clinician
- Group therapy focused on gambling triggers, urges and relapse prevention
- Evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing
- Financial recovery work: budgeting, debt planning and accountability
- Family sessions to rebuild trust
- Structured time for exercise, mindfulness and rest, away from screens
How long residential treatment lasts
Length of stay will be based on clinical need. We plan for most residential stays to last approximately 30 days. Before you leave, you will have a written aftercare plan and, if appropriate, a transition into our planned outpatient program.
Coming from out of state
You will not need to live in Arizona. Once we open, people from any state will be welcome, and we will help coordinate arrival and a discharge plan that connects you with continuing care close to home.
